3D Synergy is co-creating more fulfilling, collaboration-based, effective and resilient relationships than you ever thought possible. through synchronizing your intentions, boundaries, energy and manifestation abilities with others to create results that are even more wonderful than you can create by yourself.

The Task of Synergy is to replace the intimidation, capitulation, compromise and impaired relationships that are cornerstones of Survival & Redemption Plans with the Integrated Adult Development skills of synchronizing your energy, intentions, boundaries and manifestation abilities to create results that are larger than you can create by yourself.

The Amazing 3D Alchemy of Synergy is treasuring individuality, building “us,” and keeping the connection clean (meaning "residue-free"). See the diagram below for details.

More About the Building Blocks of Great Personal & Work Relationships and Relationship Integrity

Personal Integrity (developed from all five of the prior WisePassions™) includes such things as self-responsibility & accountability, right use of personal power and alignment between intentions and actions.

Treasuring Individuality comes from understanding and appreciating one another’s similarities and differences in temperament. There are three vital temperament dimensions:

• Man/woman temperament differences
• "Love Language” differences (the primary way each person experiences him/herself to be cared for)
• Individual temperament differences (such as Enneagram type).

Building “Us” is the co-creation that becomes possible only in the presence of Personal Integrity and Treasuring Individuality. There are three vital "Us" dimensions:

• Compatible purposes, world views and ethics
• Appreciating one another’s core intentions in specific situations and joining together to discover solutions that honor both the core intentions of both people
• Developing a comfortable and enjoyable rhythm of implementing these solutions as a coordinated team

“Keeping it Clean” requires that both people are truly effective at resolving conflict with one another. Effective conflict resolution means that no negative residue travels forward into the relationship’s future, which is what preserves a relationship’s vitality and durability.

The more these building blocks exist in a relationship, the more alive, enjoyable, productive and resilient it will be. This is Relationship Integrity, the second element in 3D Integrity™. The less these building blocks exist in a relationship, the more draining, stressful, unproductive and fragile it will be.

The little day-to-day things are what count over the long term much more than any one big thing. Both relationship health and deterioration build through an accumulation of the little things.
