3D Stewardship is the capacity to synergize with others as your truest self to accurately identify and serve collective highest good.Stewardship includes leading with impeccable integrity in whatever forms and contexts are authentic for you and without doing so at your own expense or the expense of those who are precious to you.
The Task of Stewardship is to replace the distorted notions of what serves highest good that Survival & Redemption Plans engender with the Integrated Adult Development skills of 3D Integrity™, facilitating collective highest good and embracing your leadership. (See the diagram below for details.)
Serving is Leading: We are all leaders! Leadership comes in five flavors:
1) Holding the light; 2) Role-modeling; 3) Mentoring (teaching/facilitation/eldering); 4) Underwriting (money/ time/ activities); and 5) Coordinating on behalf of others and systems (management/ executive/ activist roles).
Parenting is a blend of all five of these leadership flavors!
Clean Service means serving through:
- A full and loving heart
- Clear and healthy boundaries
- Collaborative synergy
- Deep teachability & humility
- Inner centeredness that does not require the rest of the world to believe what you believe in order for you to be okay.
Clean Service does not mean serving from a place of shaming or making others wrong or attacking them or crusading like God’s only savior who knows the real truth that everyone who doesn’t think like you is wrong about – or even damned for believing. Where there is fanaticism or even drivenness to the point of being out of integrity with one’s relationships or oneself, there contaminated service!
Leadership Integrity is the third aspect of 3D Integrity™. It is the pinnacle of integrity in that Leadership Integrity is possible only to the extent that personal and relationship integrity are developed and aligned with it. Through this 3D Integrity™ alignment, the "Sovereign Servant Leader" leads through synergizing:
- His/her own personal Service Mission
- The highest good of the collective being led
- The highest good of the larger system of which that collective is a part.
Only to the extent that these three dimensions are in harmony with one another can leaders lead in ways that match today's needs.
3D Integrity is for every single one of us. I suggest that it marks the next huge step in the evolution of humanity.
