WisePassions™ are the seven common-sense skill sets found to be the basic building blocks of 3D Living™. They are named WisePassions™ because they blend wisdom, compassion and passion.

3D Power is about being in integrity with yourself. It is about experiencing true wholeness and solidness inwardly and being more fully authentic outwardly. It is about no longer holding back your inner light and deepest truths. This kind of power is based in a kind of personal solidness that does not need to dominate or manipulate others in the name of authenticity.

The Task of Power is to replace your Mask and your aggrandized or disowned versions of power that have been cornerstones of your Survival & Redemption Plans with the Integrated Adult Development skills of embracing your strengths and talents, living in integrity with your boundaries and expanding your capacity to manifest your intentions. Another way of understanding the Personal Power that is WisePassion™ #5 is in terms of the Three PEP (Personal Expression & Power) Building Blocks:

• Life Energy Alignment focuses on aligning your Five Primal Life Energies: Beingness, Doingness, Stability, Change & Choicemaking.
• Personal Power relies largely on Boundaries Intelligence (boundaries are personal limits), which moves beyond fear or indulgence of personal power to proper personal power.
• Personal Expression revolves around your ability to manifest, which I refer to as Intentional Effectiveness™ (effectiveness in converting intentions into results). Manifestation includes financial and lifestyle intentions. It also includes something called “procreation.” Procreation means expressing your most precious creative urges in the ways that most deeply call to you. While the traditional version of procreation is parenting, some people express this urge through their career, their hobbies (creative pursuits) and/or their service work (service is the focus of WisePassion™ #7).

Your Power building blocks, combined with your prior four WisePassions™ (Teachability, Self-Care, Discernment and Harvesting), are the cornerstones of Personal Integrity – your first dimension of 3D Integrity™. The other two dimensions are embedded in WisePassions™ #6 (Synergy) and 7 (Stewardship)
